We really aren’t as lazy as everyone makes us seem. Yes, sometimes we prefer to scroll through our social media timelines rather than holding a conversation, but we millennials are young, giving back, and all about the impact.
High-class galas, fancy dinners, and silent auctions are awesome. Seriously, who doesn’t love to get dressed up for a cause? But when was the last time you used your five senses to submerge yourself in the issues occurring right in your own backyard? I’m here to show you that while writing a check is cool, getting your hands dirty is imperative to living a philanthropic life. Live to give!

Welcome to Philanthro-land!
I’m a proud Detroit, Michigan native and no, philanthropy hasn’t always been my “thing”. All thanks to God, I’ve discovered my true purpose in life, and I love it. I get the chance to spend every waken moment creating ways to make a positive impact in the world, and living in the moment with my friends and family.
Since 2007, I have been involved in the business of giving back. I’ve had the opportunity to build my philanthropic portfolio by working with organizations such as the YMCA, Vital Voices Global Partnership, the National Marrow Donor Program, and United Way of Greater Atlanta. I am the co-founder of a nonprofit organization, Detroit Speaks, which is my pride and joy.
I’m here to make a difference, and to help you do the same. Let’s do this.
